Monix Diamond combines beauty, performance, and practicality to achieve excellent results in the kitchen. Its riveted stainless steel handles make the piece oven-safe up to 230°C. Its 4 mm forged aluminum structure ensures optimal heat distribution, resulting in even cooking of food.
The new Quantanium Whiford® three-layer inner coating, reinforced with diamond and titanium particles, is one of the most durable non-stick coatings on the market, allowing you to cook without oil or with very little oil.
The Diamond series works with all types of stovetops, including induction, and features a full-induction base (no holes) that maximizes energy from the heat source, reaching the optimal cooking temperature faster and more evenly.
