Monix®'s Sunset collection is ideal for those seeking quality and practicality in the kitchen with the best value for money. This set includes three pans: 18 cm, 22 cm, and 26 cm in diameter.
The pans are made of forged aluminum, 3mm thick, with a top layer of maximum non-stick performance, a reinforced intermediate layer, and an indestructible aluminum layer. The Xylan® Whitford non-stick coating is self-lubricating. It acts as an electrical insulator and is resistant to all types of abrasion and strong acids. Furthermore, it can withstand continuous temperatures of 220°C without suffering any kind of deterioration.
They feature heat-resistant bakelite handles with an ergonomic, thick design, a red-colored insert, and the Monix® logo. The pans are suitable for all types of stovetops, including induction, and are easy to clean in the dishwasher.
