The collection Sunset from Monix® is ideal for those looking for quality and practicality in the kitchen with the best value for money. This set consists of two pans: 22 cm and 26 cm in diameter.
The pans are made of forged aluminum with a thickness of 3mm, featuring a top layer of premium non-stick coating, a reinforced intermediate layer, and an undistorted aluminum layer. The Xylan® Whitford non-stick coating is self-lubricating. It acts as an electrical insulator and is resistant to all types of abrasion and strong acids. Additionally, it can withstand continuous temperatures of 220°C without any alteration.
They have heat-resistant bakelite handles with an ergonomic shape and substantial thickness, with red inserts and the Monix® logo. The pans are suitable for all types of stovetops, including induction, and are easy to clean in the dishwasher.
