It features a double-layer non-stick XYLAN coating from PPG®, which not only provides excellent non-stick performance and allows cooking without oil, but also saves energy, water and detergents due to how easy it is to clean, and its FULL INDUCTION base gives the product a super efficient magnetic transmission base for induction stovetops.
